Plastic Double Sliding Track / Double Channel
TP Extrusions stock and manufacture a range of plastic double sliding tracks for use as door track in the furniture and vivaria industries. The sliding door tracks can be spaced with a T centre leg, allowing doors with protruding fittings to pass by each other, or a straight centre leg, to give a close fit and prevent reptiles escaping.
Where the sliding door track is paired, the deeper top channel allows the door to be pushed up and dropped into the shallower bottom channel for easy installation.

Stock Plastic Double Sliding Track
Extruded Plastic Double Track is stocked in matching pairs, with a deep top section and a shallow bottom section. Both T Centre Leg (for spacing between each track) and straight centre leg (for tightly fitting doors) door tracks are available, as shown below. Standard board, glass, plywood and door thicknesses are accommodated, and the double tracks can be installed with self-adhesive tape.

Custom Double Sliding Track Plastic extrusions
Some wardrobe. cupboard, vivarium, cabinet and other furniture designs require additional features on the double sliding tracks. Knock-in legs or barbs for secure fixing, lips and flanges to mask joins and bumps or runners to give more precise locators for the sliding doors.
